The Reliant Property Management Team
Arman Amiri serves as managing partner for Reliant Property Management (RPM) bringing over 20 years of marketing, investment, and business development experience to the team. Prior to his work at Reliant Property Management, he managed business units as large as $3.6b with full P&L & operations responsibility. In addition to his role at RPM, Arman holds leadership roles at several charitable foundation boards and industry associations like William Byrd Community House, Next Steps TC, Bright Beginnings, and Hearts & Hammers. Mr. Amiri received his AS in Chemistry and BS in Biology from Purdue, an MS in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business, and an MBA from VCU. He and his wife, Kayla, and two boys Arman & Aiden, love to travel and engage the community.

Angela has 24 years of experience in customer service and 5 years of experience in property management. She’s passionate about helping others and cooking, but she loves spending time with her 10 and 7-year-old daughters. She holds a degree in computer accounting and is excellent in Guest Relations.
Ferwina is head of marketing & administration and brings years of promotional and consumer engagement experience to the team. Her leadership lead to the launch of RPM website and expansion of advertisement and promotions. She is passionate about her work and utilizes technology to power customer experience.
She believes that practicing work-life balance can boost productivity in work and our lives. Outside of work, you’ll find Ferwina spends time doing what she and her son love doing together – going to the beach!
Mr. Hyde brings over 25 years of construction, remodeling, and mechanic experience spanning both residential and commercial. Prior to RPM, he worked in the vinyl siding and fencing business for 13 yrs and was also a production supervisor for 6yrs. He is known for exemplifying his motto that "hard work will not kill you." In his free time Cody loves spending time with his 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter
Daniel possesses over 15 years of leadership experience overseeing maintenance and renovation departments, managing simultaneous projects from complete build outs to apartment complex renovations. Prior to RPM, Mr. Navratil worked managing apartment complexes and ran his own construction company. He is known for his willingness and ability to tackle any and all problems, from the mundane, to the most complex. In his free time, Daniel loves spending time with his kids and being at the lake with his friends.
